Our Certified Fitness Professionals, quite literally, can help change your life and your view of yourself. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone your physique, train for sports competition, or recover from injury, our trainers can provide the plan, coaching and motivation to get you there. Start with your FREE consultation, when your Personal Trainer reviews your medical and exercise history, clarifies your goals, tests your strength, endurance and flexibility and recommends a customized workout plan. From there, you have options - working one-on-one with your trainer on a regular basis, or following a recommended routine with occasional check-ins.

The Gym on Locke has presented a wonderful opportunity for not only me, but for all of our members as well. The community feel and positive environment are unsurpassed in this city. For advanced athletes to first time gym goers this is the place to be! Where else can you have access to your own gym 24 hours a day 7days a week?

Our philosophy is simple: we educate, motivate, and give you the tools you need to succeed. We coach proper exercise techniques and nutrition, and most importantly are realistic with your goals, whatever they may be.

Pete embodies the professional qualities of an elite athlete. He realizes that physical exercise is the ‘key to youth’. He is an avid cyclist, soccer player, and basketball player. His most notable success lies in his 15 years of weight training experience that includes bodybuilding competitions and personal training certification. Pete has trained professional athletes throughout his career. His dedication to helping clients achieve their best makes him an awesome force in their lives. A born leader, Pete’s warm sense of humor makes the rigorous journey to a beautiful and athletic physique an enjoyable one.

Andy: Go hard or go home. – Saskatchewan Huskies

Andy’s extensive fitness experience began with Martial Arts training at the age of six. By eighteen, he was fighting professionally. Andy holds a second-degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu and is a certified instructor of Krav Maga and Kali (Pilipino stick work). He retired from competition in 2002 to focus on his Personal Training career and he has never looked back. His diverse training repertoire also includes teaching un-armed combat and weapons rotation for the RCMP. Andy generously gives back to the community by volunteering at the YMCA as a self-defence instructor in children protection programs. However, the best thing about Andy is that we can always count on his positive attitude and friendly demeanour.




Zach - Gym On Locke

Zach: You know when your training and that voice in the back of your head says I shouldn't be doing this. We don't have that. – Zach Morris

Born and raised in Canada, Zach is an inspiration to all of us. By the young age of 17, Zack travelled to Florida to become a member of the Toshiba Professional Cycling Team. Since then he has accomplished incredible things in the sport of cycling. With over 25 international professional victories, Zack knows what it takes to succeed, and still competes professionally in North America. If you are looking for a passionate and motivated coach that will bring the best out of you, Zack has the combined knowledge and experience that make him the perfect fit.

Dave: The fitness lifestyle has for me always been about respecting the gift of good health. I believe you can do anything you want, build a great body, be a success in life –if you want it badly enough and are willing to work for it with all your heart. Never be afraid to set new goals; remember goals are the fuel in the furnace of achievement.

Dave is a true hometown hero. 2005 Triathlon Champion, Dave has been competing both provincially and nationally for over 25 years. H’s run in 8 Boston marathons, competed on the 2007 National Triathlon Sprint Team, and continues to eat, sleep, and breathe the fitness lifestyle. Dave is a master at helping those in need of proper coaching and training to reach their own personal fitness goals. He’s also one of our most experienced trainers whom you can always count on to be the first one in the gym every morning.

Justin has a passion for inspiring others to reach and then surpass their fitness goals. He is committed to working hard with you to guarantee that you achieve the results you desire. Justin works with high-performance athletes, individuals recovering from limiting injuries, and individuals of all ages and fitness levels aspiring to improve their health and fitness. Justin’s ultimate goal is to enhance your health, your ability, and your quality of life by teaching you how to lead a healthy lifestyle and become your fittest.
